It is designed to encourage more women to enter the construction industry by providing training and education opportunities, creating mentorship programs, and promoting the accomplishments of women in the industry. This program meets three times per week for six months and offers a comprehensive curriculum similar to Prototype 10, encompassing interior design, architecture, construction, and remodeling. Participants engage in real-world case studies and collaborative projects, gaining the skills necessary to lead successful teams and deliver high-quality outcomes across these disciplines. *Men may also apply to this program.
